• What are the key languages and countries serviced?
We support all major languages in the world and our clients are also from all 5 continents. All of our services provided require Native language command.
• What are the usual working hours?
With us you can schedule your working hours in a very flexible way based on your preference. Our minimum working hours requirement is 15hrs per week and 3hrs per shift.
• Do I have to work on the weekends?
All working schedules are flexible and arranged upon the best availability of the team. If you don't wish to work on weekends, you don't need to. Please confirm your preference always in advance for easier planning.
• How long a typical project assignment lasts?
All of our projects are long term, average duration is 3 years / project depending on actual conditions.
• What is the application process and how long does it take?
The Application process usually takes 3-10 days depending on your availability and readiness. The process starts with confirming your interest and turning in your CV via email or the website contact form.
• Is there an age requirement?
Yes, the minimum legal age requirement for application is 18 years without upper age limitations, however your application will have more chances to be accepted if you are above 24 years of age.
• Can I work when I'm away from my home office?
No! A Remote, at Home Office is a heavily Tested, Qualified, Approved and constantly Audited Home-Based Workstation that is outside of our Company's HQ and Fully Complies with all Security, Technical and Operational Requirements.
Any changes in such approved Locations for Equipment require a new process of Testing and Approvals from our Internal Support and Compliance teams

At TalentWorldGroup, we are building a marketplace of premium customer service projects that only our Agent Pool members can apply for. In case your profile fits more projects and you are available full time, you can take on up to 3 projects of your preference to work on.
• Will I need to work on multiple projects as a shared agent at one time?
While you can have multiple projects in your portfolio, all of our services are dedicated, therefore you will work on only one project at one time.
• How can I schedule my own work time?
We are very flexible on the work time schedules that are arranged in coordination with your Supervisor on biweekly basis.
• How can I advance to senior roles?

• Do I have to pay an application fee?
No, there is no application fee or training fee. We provide consistent and free training for all talents qualified to our Agent Pool.

• What technical requirements do I have to meet?
To set up your home workstation you will need a personal desktop computer or laptop that meets the below requirements and connected to the internet via cable connection (wireless connectivity is prohibited):

• What type of contract do you provide?

• Will I be paid on a fixed rate or hourly based?
Your rumination will be hourly based depending on the completed and logged shift hours, paid on a monthly basis on one of the three available payment platforms based on your preference.

• Can I work for more than one client at a time?
Yes, you can build your portfolio of work with up to 3 projects maximum.
• How and when do I get paid?
All salaries are paid on a monthly basis, based on completed hours and transferred one of three available payment platforms you can choose from.
